2000 - 2008: As a consultant to the FA, Roberto helped develop and deliver the new FA Psychology Courses and the NVQ for football. He is an accredited FA Staff tutor and co-author of the Official FA Guide to Psychology in Football. Roberto also worked alongside former Italian football managers Arigo Sacchi and Fabio Capello in his role.
